VANILLA ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Tia Maria coffee liqueur

  • 6 cl Grey Goose Vodka

  • 6 cl coffee

  • 1 cl cane syrup

  • 1 vanilla bean

  • 2 large ice cubes

Equipment: You’ll need a martini glass, an alcohol dispenser and a shaker.

Preparation

  • Pour all the liquid ingredients into a shaker.
  • Split the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds, then add them to the shaker.
  • Add the ice cubes, close the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  • Pour into the appropriate glass.
