Fred
Fred has been a seasoned chef on Moorea for almost 30 years. Initially, he ran a gypsy caravan well known to customers of the former Club Med nightclub. He has now been running the snack bar “à l’heure du sud” for 22 years.
Located in Haapiti on the island of Moorea, Fred offers dishes that change daily depending on the availability of ingredients.
