VANILLA ESPRESSO MARTINI


Ingredients

2 cl Tia Maria coffee liqueur

6 cl Grey Goose Vodka

6 cl coffee

1 cl cane syrup

1 vanilla bean

2 large ice cubes
Equipment: You’ll need a martini glass, an alcohol dispenser and a shaker.
Preparation
- Pour all the liquid ingredients into a shaker.
- Split the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds, then add them to the shaker.
- Add the ice cubes, close the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Pour into the appropriate glass.
