The Tahiti selection for the World Pâté-Croûte Championship returns to the Lycée Hôtelier de Tahiti on October 2.
Contestants will compete in the preparation of two pies, using creative ingredients to compose the best filling, wrapped in a delicate pastry. It’s an opportunity for foodservice professionals to showcase their culinary expertise and creativity.
