Chefs de Tahiti Tips
To cater for everyone’s preferences, we’ve chosen some of our favorite cheeses. However, everyone is free to choose the cheeses they like. Nevertheless, we’d like to point out that Château Pipeau 2019 goes particularly well with Comté, Brie and Coulommiers cheeses.
Château Pipeau 2019 is a celebrated Saint-Émilion Grand Cru that embodies the very essence of the wine region. Made from a harmonious blend of grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet-franc), this wine captivates with its dark burgundy color and powerful fragrance of exquisite ripe red and black fruit aromas, with spicy notes. On the palate, the famous wine reveals a bewitching roundness, supported by firm, silky tannins and well-integrated oak. It’s a taste experience to be enjoyed with our cheese platter and a few slices of bread.
