Tahitian Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 pot of plain yoghurt
- 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can condensed milk (375 ml)
- Water (use can of condensed milk for quantity)
- A Tahitian vanilla pod

Here’s the recipe.
Preheat your oven to 40 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until lukewarm,
Ladle equal amounts of yogurt into the pots, then bake for 5 hours and leave to cool in the oven for a further 5 hours. Finally, chill for at least another 5 hours.
