Tahitian Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 pot of plain yoghurt
  • 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can condensed milk (375 ml)
  • Water (use can of condensed milk for quantity)
  • A Tahitian vanilla pod

Here’s the recipe.

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 40 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until lukewarm,

Ladle equal amounts of yogurt into the pots, then bake for 5 hours and leave to cool in the oven for a further 5 hours. Finally, chill for at least another 5 hours.
