The legendary L'O à la Bouche restaurant has established itself as one of Tahiti's finest restaurants. Rigorous and consistent, chef and founder Jean-Charles Lallemand shared his story, his career and his passion with us.
Fred has been a seasoned chef on Moorea for nearly 30 years. Initially, he ran a gypsy caravan well known to customers of the former Club Med nightclub.
Nahema is passionate about travel and culture. We also know her from Coco Beach in Moorea. 3rd best dancer at the 2014 Heiva, she now lets her culture shine through her cooking.

In October 2022, Chefs de Tahiti and REDSOYU bring you the first official edition of the Pâté-Croûte Championship in Fenua. The concept is simple: 6 renowned chefs from Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora will compete for a place on the podium, but above all for a place in the final.
